(1) after the pump can not be used for liquid:
Lax or liner, too much wear 1 ring packing, bakelite expansion or stuck stem ring;
2 valve box in the suction and discharge valve damage or serious leakage, put up;
3 suction pipe leakage;
4 suction mouth exposed level;
5 suction tube obstruction (filter blockage or cut-off valve closed);
6 pump suction is too large, or pipeline resistance is too large;
7 oil when the oil temperature is too low, the viscosity is too large;

8 the temperature of the liquid is too high;
The 9 discharge end somewhere (bypass valve leakage or spring loose);
10 discharge line blocking and safety valve opening.
(2) pump abnormal sound:
1 pump cylinder knocking of the cylinder may fall into objects or piston fixed nut loosening;
The 2 cylinder friction sound, may be packed tight or piston ring fracture;
3 the percussion sound in the valve box may be insufficient for spring break or elastic force, so that the valve lift is too large;
4 transmission parts clearance is too large;
A 5 pump cylinder may also be "liquid hammer", then inevitably associated with suction vacuum through the large and obvious characteristics such as pressure gauge pointer swing, see reason (L) in 5 ~ eight.
